This Lomnices brewery was build in 1660 and is one of the oldest buildings in the town. The first mention of the malthouse and brewery is from 1462 but the building was on other place. In the 1958 the Lomnice beer production was concluded. This areal was in the demesne from the collective farm. In the last year it is in the desolate state and apparently has no good future.

Tento lomnický pivovar byl postaven v roce 1660 a patří k nejstarším budovám ve městě. První zmínky o sladovně a pivovaru pochází z roku 1462 ale ten stával jinde. V roce 1958 došlo k ukončení výroby lomnického piva. Tento areál poté sloužil především pro potřeby JZD. V posledních letech je v dezolátním stavu a podle všeho nemá dobrou budoucnost.

What a pity it is left to decay. The trend here is to turn old factories into upscale apartments and condos.
